Extremely slow at processing payments. You will think they processed a transaction and the balance is the current balance (it’s not). They process transactions 5 days later (not on the spot like other financial services). The balance you see is not the balance you actually have and you will end up having a negative balance because they are slow at processing transactions. Not the kind of place you want an elderly person to bank with. My mother had a stroke and she has a couple loans with Sierra Credit Union. We needed to understand details of her loans. We called their 800 number and because my mother could not pass the identification test over the phone . . . again, she had a stroke and is having memory issues, they told me they could not help me. Great people and a excellent replacement for other "Banks" . I enjoy dealing with SCCU over all of the banks in town.
