Not the kind of place you want an elderly person to bank with. My mother had a stroke and she has a couple loans with Sierra Credit Union. We needed to understand details of her loans. We called their 800 number and because my mother could not pass the identification test over the phone . . . again, she had a stroke and is having memory issues, they told me they could not help me. Great people and a excellent replacement for other "Banks" . I enjoy dealing with SCCU over all of the banks in town.

My mom went in to the Red Bluff location to have a wire transferred , and two days later, no transfer. Two times the bank staff apologized, but still no transfer. Very unprofessional. I am going to encourage our mom to go to a different bank. one that knows how to handle basic BANK transactions, like handling money.

terrible banking system, online app is useless, scams texts immedielty trying to phish your information, randomly blocks purchases and the only way to verify them is during their 7am-7pm monday - friday where you have to speak to a representative
