Fantastic experience at Sierra Car Care! Philip started off the interaction with excellent customer service, and I left with a perfectly aligned car at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Only thing of note is they do not allow waiting at the shop as there is no waiting room. No problem though as 100ft away is a coffee shop and excellent bar and grill.
Larry and his crew are all about the business. They are a long established pillar on that area of town for a reason. Try them out... You won't be disappointed.
I've been taking my car here for over 10 years and I truly look forward to my oil changes. Phil and all the crew have always taken the time to really talk to me about my car and keep her running for as long as possible. I think the only people who care about my car as much as I do are Sierra Car Care. I'm so grateful for the time and consideration they have given me and my vehicle. You will not regret coming here.
I stopped into this location when I got a major flat and my tires were shot. They took good care of me, gave me several different options for decent tires within my price range and got me back on the road. They were friendly, professional and honest. Thank you all for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
