The indoor pool has been infected with Legionella for more than a 1.5 years, and the other facilities seem to be down with ongoing issues. The HOA fees have not been adjusted to make up for the loss of use, and the Board of Directors sounds more like Washington DC than Texas. If you're looking for a place with sound management and functional facilities, this is not it.

Think about living next door to one of these people.
