Beer was excellent. Many good flavors to chose from. Just really bummed you couldn’t buy the milk stout in bottles or cans.😢. But if I was ever driving on I-10 in NM again, I’d stop.

Stopped here on Dec 11 and walked right into their staff Christmas party — the place was buzzing with holiday cheer! Everyone was super warm and friendly, and the owner personally welcomed us and shared his passion for brewing in traditional English, German, and Bavarian styles (crisp, clean beers done right). Had pints of the Cherry Wheat (perfect tart refreshment) and Pecan Beer (smooth, nutty, and addictive) — both were outstanding. Great way to support a classic New Mexico craft brewery. If you are dog friendly, do NOT advertise if you are anxious when they are inside. I stopped by for Harvest Hosts, the bartender was SO AMAZING, then the power-trip female manager came by to make sure my old, senile great dane who wandered 2 barstools over was made sure I kept her on leash for her 150 square foot brewery room. If you're a cat person dont allow dogs inside. If you're not a true "host" promote that bartender inside who deserves it and is born with that skill-set.
