History Established in 1996. Our Resturant Rio Grande Grill and Taproom in Ruidoso,NM and our Brewery originally was in Carrizozo, NM started it all in 1996- eventually moving the brewery to Moriarty,NM in 2007.Also opening a taproom in the Albuquerque Airport.As well as being the official brewer of the Albuquerque Isotopes beer.Come see our Incredible beer garden and try a few of our brews-17 to choose from. This was the perfect stop on our road trip west! Huge open parking lot for turning around and parking a big trailer. Bartenders were prompt and helpful with beer selections. The hatch green chili lager was amazing. Make sure you head out back to the huge beer garden. Was very peaceful with shade and swings, and our dog loved hanging out back there.
Excellent way to break up a road trip day! This brewery had unique brews with light, balanced, and delicious flavors. Including a hatch chile beer, of course! 🍻 Dog friendly and SO welcoming! They brought my girl water and had jars of milk bones for her enjoyment. 💜 It’s a much larger establishment than you may realize from first glance, with an huge beer garden outside. Best beer around! You won’t be disappointed!!!
We stayed at Sierra Blanco through Harvet Host. The experience could not have been better. The staff was super and the beers were great. Our favorites were the Mexican Lager and the Whiskey Stout. I was so surprised at the whisky stout. Paired well with Domino Pizza. Take a chance and try it.
