It’s been a few months since my wedding but I’m just now getting to write this review. I had a terrible experience. All of my bridesmaids hair and my hair did not turn out the way we asked for in the picture it was like she just decided to do her own thing and her assistant too. Then the makeup was even worse. I loved the services Michelle provided! My hair and makeup was just what I wanted for my engagement party. She was very welcoming and made me feel so good. Awesome job all around and she is such a wonderful lady!!
I was very disappointed with Michelle. She was hired for hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding. First, she was over an hour late. She was not very friendly and she was very unprofessional. One of our bridesmaids wanted her hair done a certain way and Michelle did not accomplish the look she wanted. So she jumped over and sat in Michelle's assistants chair and asked her to curl her hair again. Michelle did not like that and copped an attitude. Michelle made snide remarks that were not necessary. Michelle did the makeup for my wedding and she was great!! She was very easy to coordinate with and was very responsive any time I contacted her. She arrived on time the day of the wedding and had my 2 bridesmaids and I ready before the time we needed to be done by. She was quick and efficient but this wasn’t at the loss of quality as all of our makeup looked natural but enhanced just as we requested and held all day!
