It used to be a good place when the mother of the family was around. In the last couple years they just soaked me out of money, charged me for fixing an exhaust leak and then when I got my car smogged elsewhere they said I have an exhaust leak. So I was charged with no work done. The last time they quoted me for some work, I got one quote in the morning and when I called them back to schedule the work, later that afternoon, they hiked up the price $100. Pricey
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My partner and I were so stressed when our car started smelling like smoke on the way down a hill. Luckily Sierra Automotive was around the corner and-- even though they were supposed to close in 5 minutes-- they stayed open late and did as much as possible for us. They helped us with the issue and, more importantly, you could really tell how much they cared. These are really good guys. We are so thankful!
