Small family operated shop. My car came out great and I used to own a body shop.
Extremely helpful team. The car was fixed on time and was thoroughly cleaned inside and outside. As an extra courtesy, the company fixed for free my front grill which started falling off and was not related to the accident repairs. I recommend their services
Horrible place! I called here to try to get them to explain a very expensive car estimate and the Kristina Norvell was very rude and refused to explain the estimate - you’d think they’re running a secret service agency here! Very rude!!
Several months ago I took my Honda Pilot in for a bumper repair.Sierra Auto Body not only repaired the bumper but also worked on a couple of other dings without charging me. Last week my husband took in a 2005 Impala for an estimate on a bumper replacement. The owner's wife had one of their employees pop out the dent without charging anything. We are fortunate to have this service available with such awesome people. They go above and beyond
