I live across the street. There is a bald man (kinda looks like Billy Corgan but less healthy) man with a black car who lives (or parks his car) in this building. He speeds out of the garage, onto the sidewalk and honks and yells at neighborhood women when we are walking our dogs. The garage door on Madison opens at a rapid pace (compare it to the same property’s door on Oak) and often times residents speed in and out, onto the sidewalk, without paying any mind to pedestrians.
