Brandy (tall red head) at Sierra Animal Hospital is a horrible employee and individual. My dog was just seen yesterday. I called this morning as they have horrible diarrhea due to being overfed wet food from their dog sitter. I called at 830 am and the person on the phone was nice and told me they could help and talk to dr to get prescription for pickup. At 1045, I called to follow up and got Brandy. Brandy explained they have 24-48 hours to respond and maybe they'd get to it in the afternoon. I said I would stop in to talk ... read more
