If I could give them zero stars, I would. Every experience I've ever had with sierra ambulance have been the worst most unprofessional not to mention the longest wait I have ever seen in emergency situation. Not sure where these people live who gave them 5 stars!!! I had one tell me to get out of the ambulance on hwy 41 while I was having anaphylactic reaction to a kissing bug bite. These paramedics are the best, they were very kind and gentle in getting me put on the bed to be transported to Clovis Hospital. They stay with me by my side until Hospital admitted me, I know they were waiting for their property, but they stay with me and talked with me to keep me calm. Thank you to both paramedics Ed and I’m sorry forgot the females name. Your both great.
