I’ve had work done twice now by the team at Sierra Adventures. They are best in class and strive to deliver the best experience possible. I had a full suspension upgrade for my Sprinter rec van - they delivered a quality install and worked to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.
Honestly wasn’t the smoothest My van install date got switched around a few times. All parts didn’t arrive by day of install leading me to go back again to get job finished. And extra accessories parts I paid for were not there when I picked up my van. So know I’m waiting on them to send me parts I already paid for and that should have been done during install. After spending roughly 10,000 with them We asked them to make a minor adjustment to one of the bike racks THEY installed and they choose to charge us for that as well... read more
