When I called I was told that my cd with the images taken would be ready in 10 minutes. Surprise, it wasn't. Had to fill out a form, correct the clerk that I needed a CT not an MRI image and wait for the cd to get burned. I expected to show my ID, give a signature and pick up the cd like I had previously done at Fresno Imagining. Besides the fact that a CT scan took a total of one hour while an MRI at Fresno Imagining took at total of 40 minutes of which 30 minutes was in the MRI. These folks have some learning to do.
