Great place to find quality discounted active and outdoor wear
I went in last week completely lost on where I should go. Luckily the sweetest worker ever helped me out. His name was Bryan and he made the whole process easy and stress free. He was so patient with me and all my questions, answering them all with a smile. Seriously made my whole day better. I’d go back again just to be able to ask for his assistance.
Purchased a camping mug two days ago. Filled it with a beverage. The gasket/seal failed and the contents leaked onto my clothing. Took it back. The manager on duty said that they can’t exchange it because it has been used. The Sierra website says that in the event of a defective item, contact them and they will “make it right.” Evidently, at the Sierra in Riverton, “make it right” means not standing behind the products they sell or treating people fairly.
