They refused to do an exchange and or refund on pet products in which there are no signs posted
It's too bad this store is run by such awful managers because they have some good products/pricing. They try to stand firm behind their return policy but fail to recognize that the State of CA protects consumers against defective products. Aggressive and illegal practices, avoid this place.
Sierra is my favorite store. So when I found out they have a store in South Lake Tahoe. I wanted to shop in this store. I am so happy to be able to go because I bought many items I like. The store is not very big, but it's still big enough to fit many of my favorite items at good prices. The workers are very friendly and smile all the time. I love shopping at Sierra.
