I wish I could give this business a 6th star! I have never, in my entire life, had a better customer service experience! What a business! My daughter’s dentist wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount for a replacement retainer, so I called Sierk, and boy am I glad I did! The front desk receptionist was perhaps the friendliest person I’ve met in my life! She got us in right away, and after speaking to Dr. Sierk, he replaced the retainer for us because he was more worried about her teeth moving out of place than anything else... read more
