7/27/2014 Horrible experience at shields location, I tanned for my normal time, but got seriously burned from new bulbs that were installed. No one mentioned that they installed new bulbs, and there was no signage. The Girls that work there are very rude and unprofessional, when I told them what happened! Also, they would not put me in touch with the manager. I have tried to get ahold of the manager/owner for Sienna tans for four months now, thinking about filing a lawsuit.
