The girl who did my laser was Tara and I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience getting laser done. When I walked in the room to put my stuff down on the chair, there was a jacket already there. I thought maybe the person that came before me left it so I asked whose it was. I had high expectations for Sienna Med Spa due to its proximity to my residence, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Has anyone else received services at Sienna Med Spa without being required to sign any documentation? I was not provided with information regarding potential risks and side effects of cheek filler, nor did I receive post-treatment care instructions. After 5 weeks of continued swelling in my left cheek, my emails and calls to Sienna Med Spa went unanswered.
I had an amazing experience at Sienna. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the friendly and professional staff.
