I bought a Groupon for this place and the whole process from booking the appointment to redeeming was super easy. I’ve had two sessions so far and I’m already seeing results, which is awesome. Lorraine is great! She’s really patient and always makes sure I’m comfortable before starting. The front desk staff are also really friendly, and I love that they send reminder texts so I don’t forget my appointments. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience and definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal!
I have been coming here to get laser hair removal for almost a year now & have been obsessed with my results!! They make sure to cover the entire area for the most effectiveness! in addition to providing excellent services, they are all so kind & create such a friendly & welcoming environment! Really lovely girls. But I’ve purchased several laser hair packages for legs, Brazilian, and underarms. However, after 10 sessions on my underarms and Brazilian, I still haven’t achieved the results I was hoping for - especially considering I have very fine hair and not a large amount to begin with. A year on I’m still having to shave, every other day. 3 years ago I had laser hair in the same areas at another clinic and after 3 sessions, I was completely hairless. Decided to try this spot since it's close to home. Got a good new client special. A month later the product wore off and I got the worse case of Spock eyebrows. And let's say their customer service is not the best. Now have to go somewhere else to get the Spock eyebrows fixed and get more botox in places that quickly wore off.
