Staff in not knowledgeable. I booked appointment for microneedling with PRP and specifically told them I had a face-lift 2.5 months ago and plastic surgeon cleared me for microneedling on my scars. The reception is who was going to numb me said. I don't think we do that. The tech or nurse said it was too early what if it gets infected??? A scar??? The girl who did my laser was Tara and I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience getting laser done. When I walked in the room to put my stuff down on the chair, there was a jacket already there. I thought maybe the person that came before me left it so I asked whose it was. She nonchalantly just said “it’s mine. You can just put your stuff on top”. lol what?! Don’t you have your own area to put your personal belongings?? I had high expectations for Sienna Med Spa due to its proximity to my residence, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Has anyone else received services at Sienna Med Spa without being required to sign any documentation? I was not provided with information regarding potential risks and side effects of cheek filler, nor did I receive post-treatment care instructions. After 5 weeks of continued swelling in my left cheek, my emails and calls to Sienna Med Spa went unanswered.
I had an amazing experience at Sienna. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the friendly and professional staff.
