Very easy to schedule and communicate with staff. Scheduling is a breeze and everyone is very friendly. My hair laser treatment for bikini area was painless. Highly recommend!
I visited Siena Spa for first time yesterday and my experience was phenomenal, Staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, they guided me through my best treatment options and cleared all my doubts about my laser and Botox treatments, prices for both treatments were reasonable but over all staff was very paciente and professional with me, I recommend Nurse Elizabeth for your next Botox session ( she has plenty of experience) and Lorraine for laser depilatory, both persons were very professional and friendly.
I had the July promotional combo that included a facial and body contouring, and it was such a great experience! Nataly was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything, especially the body contouring treatment, so I knew exactly what to expect. During the facial, she was incredibly gentle and walked me through every step, which made the experience so relaxing and comfortable.
