Have lived in sienna hills for five years and have watched quality of life decline due to homeowners association ignoring obvious and blatant violations abandoned cars having to be called police to impound i see neighborhood quality of life deteriorating steadily since purchasing home here my advice is not to purchase home here you will only lose money as time goes by so sad since its such close to vicinity to verrado a nice well kept community
the richmond american homes seem real nice but the sienna hills Neiborhood is a nice concept but the Hoa and landscape company due a horrible job i would not buy here i did and regret it
