Good experience every time I come here and friendly people.
I have been trying to find a good dental place for few years now. Upon my first visit, I had a privilege to meet an incredible dental hygienist, named Cynthia , who was loving, polite and had many years of experience . She is very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions on proper dental care. She was diligent to find the costs of various treatments I needed to have ahead of time. I enjoyed the art work on her wall, it kept me entertained. The entire staff were so polite and went above and beyond to provide the proper care.
Bad experience...Additionally, billing department is horrible!! Attempted to bill our insurance for 9 claims on the same days with different amounts!! Tried calling, sent letters, but never got a response. So frustrating I see your response to my review below. If you read what I wrote above, you can see that I did call, left messages, and even sent a certified letter, all of which were ignored by your practice.
