RecommendedHonest. I thought I needed a brake job and they showed me I was fine. Have had them do other things on my other cars since then. Prompt. Courteous. Convenient to Sienna.
Nice people. Just had my 3rd oil change there. They didn’t tighten the drain plug = oil in my driveway. Made a mess of my under carriage. Seems pretty careless for such a routine task.

I've known Terrell Bates at least 5 years and know him to do quality work. He and owner/partner David are a great and caring combination. They will address your auto issue of concern and avoid rabbit-trails on other repairs that aren't pertinent or of a safety concern. Quite an outstanding experience that you normally would not expect. I expected a long wait from the service desk to the time on site and it was not the case as I was in and out in about twenty minutes for a state inspection. The gentlemen at the service desk also helped me locate the local tax office which saved time as I was in and out in less than ten minutes there. Would definitely recommend supporting this local business with your auto needs.
