I.moved in July of this year and dimetria was a big help through my whole process.... When I first talked to dimetria she was kind and polite I explained to her my situation with my kids .. at first they had nothing available dimetria told me don't be discouraged she worked hard doing what she needed to do 2 days later she called me my application was approved my background check was good she asked when I wanted to move in I said ASAP she said it was clean and ready to move in .... dimetria asked if I wanted to tour the unit... read more

I just want to share how much I appreciate the team at Aero Townhomes since I moved here January of this year. Dimetria has always been such a joy to interact with, she's polite, hardworking, and truly kind. It's clear she cares about the residents, and it makes a big difference. I was going to rent an apartment here. They charged me $370 to apply, and then they wanted me to give them the social security numbers for all my minor children. That seemed suspicious to me. I was in the application process for a whole week, and in all that time, they never told me the actual rent. They wanted me to put down a $2,500 deposit, and they still hadn't told me how much the rent would be, even though I asked them numerous times.
