Unfortunately it's a 0 recommendation for me. They came highly rated and my grandmother's experience here in 2005 was good. However with my dad here recently, of all the nursing homes in the area, this is the worst experience for me. They don't do laundry, no transport to doctors visits, or transport home or anywhere else. My plate is full taking care of all my dad's other affairs right now. I'm the only child. I work full time. Staff was very helpful.
Overall it was fine but the login process is frustrating and cumbersome. If a visitor is 5’2” tall it works great but I am 6’4” . The photo on the ‘entry ‘badge’ is unrecognizable at best. Also…..I have to drive 3 hours + to get there and therefore to be forced to wait until 2:30pm to be allowed to visit is difficult and forces me to fight commute traffic on the way home. The staff do a good job and I have not had any issues. John Nolen
I had never been to Sienna and was going to visit a friend. The staff at the desk helped me to go through the process to be able to visit. Everybody I interacted with was friendly and courteous.
