My grandmama has been recovering from an incident at the facility for some time , I have consistently been impressed by the exceptional care provided by the staff. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they genuinely care for my grandma. When she returned home with me, one of the nurses provided me with detailed instructions on her medication and daily routines. The facility’s location in the mountains is also beautiful. I removed my initial one star review since communication seemed to improve after I posted it. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, however I feel folks should be warned. Siena came highly rated, and when my grandmother was there in 2005, all was good. I'm giving Siena one star more than I want to, and that’s because the physical therapist comes highly rated by my father. He loved her. She did a great job. They were very polite and they even gave us our own room. The small Dining Room could visit in and they didn’t bug us and we were able to talk about three hours with nobody bugging us or anything so can be seemed really nice. It’s still an awful long way down there for my help I’d like to see Jesse closer But for whatever she’s at it’s it’s pretty nice thank you.
Unfortunately it's a 0 recommendation for me. They came highly rated and my grandmother's experience here in 2005 was good. However with my dad here recently, of all the nursing homes in the area, this is the worst experience for me. They don't do laundry, no transport to doctors visits, or transport home or anywhere else. My plate is full taking care of all my dad's other affairs right now. I'm the only child. I work full time.
