The woman that helped check me in was very friendly and gave great directions on where I needed to go. The clinic was clean everywhere I went. The staff, nurse and Dr. Fontem were all friendly and understanding. I felt heard and cared for.
Dr Fontem was very professional and his explanation of the problem and the procedure was clear and easy to understand. He was dialed in to my questions and understood my concerns and questions immediately and had no problem addressing my concerns. The whole team was great. Very happy to have him and his team performing the procedure.
