Used to be good – This place has been going downhill for a while now. Don't know about the new owners, but staff is obviously not happy, and customer service is suffering. I'll continue buying certain foods to take home, but for what you pay for lunch or dinner, it's not worth it to stay and eat. Food quality is getting worse, and the employees don't seem to care about getting your order right, or out to you in a decent amount of time. Why waste money on tipping for a bad experience?

OK food, lousy staff – Today was my last visit to Siena. I have been there three times, and although the food is better than the norm around here, the staff ranges from incompetent to downright obnoxious. If this place was in NY, they would be out of business in a week.

Come for the groceries, stay for the sandwiches. – In Short Forget the Olive Garden. This is where Las Vegas' Italians shop and eat. It's not exactly Little Italy--the location in a shopping center anchored by a Raley's prevents too much ambiance. Still, the tiny store offers a solid variety of deli meats and cheeses, a limited menu and some seating for a quick snack. There's also a respectable selection of Italian products, including some magazines and movies.
