The unit had dirty carpet spots only visible under a black light, and the carpet has been consistently damp, which is a serious cleanliness and health concern. The ceiling fans appear to be made of cheap cardboard-like material, which feels unsafe and extremely low quality for an apartment charging full rent. The washer and dryer facilities are constantly broken, making basic laundry unreliable. Enjoyed my time living at Siena Apartments. They were responsive and able to accommodate all my needs (short-term, furnished, gated community, utilities, etc). I was living out of state beforehand, but was able to set up my apartment and furniture rentals seamlessly while working with Olivia. (Creative Rents provided a wonderful service!) Not only did he complete the job quickly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly professional, respectful, and kind throughout the entire process. I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the entire property is kept clean and well-maintained.
