At first ...I wanted to write everything I think.... Some of the workers of this company disappointed me a little... I thought they would keep me for a long time... I was ready to give one star.... But thanks to the kind heart and professionalism of an employee named Russell!!!! I changed my mind and give 5 stars...I would even give 10 stars!!!! Advice to management: appreciate employees like Russell!!!!
Worst place for pickup
Save your time and Energy. Don’t come here. Especially after 5 you won’t find a single soul working here. Worst place for pickup
I normally come here and get loaded quickly, however this time I was told by another employee, not a supervisor that it was going to take at least 2 hours. I then asked if I could drop my trailer and come back. He then said he didn't want his docks blocked up with trailers and that he wasn't going to move any of them. I'm sorry but isn't that part of your job? This is the worst experience I've had here so far. Cmon Siemers, do better.
