Spent tons of money to retain and to file for divorce, he never got back to me to inform me of the next step but charged me for every attempt to contact him, now I have a balance and he won't help me till that's paid but I'm not getting child support cause of this and have no $ to pay him! Which I shouldn't have to pay him for trying to find out what's next!! No mediation was mentioned or scheduled just sat and waited and waited and waited till a few months went by and I had to call them with no return call back!
