Would not recommend Siemens in Lenexa for smaller commercial fire detection systems. Had them install a full building solution, but they provided incomplete as-is plans at end of project, which led to days of techs searching to find a bad duct detector less than a year later; was charged an astronomical amount for this work before escalating to get a reduction. Then they sent two techs to replace the duct detector once found, so all up cost us over $4,000 to replace one bad duct detector. Great project managers, poor custome... read more
