Stopped by Siematic yesterday with a design client preparing to renovate her kitchen. I was extremely turned off by Oleg's demeanor. He was outwardly rude and passive aggressive because we asked to take a catalog with us - and I think he took offense to the fact that we didn't ask him more questions.
