I have been a customer of Siegmund Eye Care for several years, and in the passed received good service. However I have been very disappointed with my visit in December. After my exam the optician showing me glasses seemed to be in a hurry.I have called back twice with questions both times I was informed they were busy and someone would call me back. After over a week no one has returned the phone call. It appears costumer service is of no concern.
