Poor decision on my part. Paid $600 to have the air conditioning fixed. Technician diagnosed a leak and topped it off with coolant. It made no difference. Still not working correctly and I'm out $586.
Service provided was excellent. Technician called when on his way and within time frame service call was promised. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Once diagnosis was made, technician made repairs in a timely fashion. Labor rates and price for parts were fair. Offered discounted service call and parts with purchase of maintenance agreement that provides yearly check ups and labor coverage. Outstanding service. Jim K.
