I gave Kaylee 5 starts as she was very helpful as a paralegal but over all Siegfried & jensen I give only 4 starts as communication was varsy Kaylee Taylor was awesome but the process of my case was not informing enough on how it was progresses. And being informed of steps taking there should always be client and lawyer communication in ever step taken
When dealing with foreign procedures, during a difficult time, Kaylee Taylor did an excellent job communicating with me and making sure I was all right through the process. I really appreciate her through the difficult time. I sit in much gratitude for her.
