Listen..... I am not complaining....trust me I am comfortable. People and staff are wonderful.Yet this room was not ready at all. Nor did they sign me up to earn rewards. Room hot mess. Things are really bad . No shower head. Cabinets falling apart.....Stop trying to make money more than you care that the hotel has to meet a standard to be health code ready. Please fix these rooms and DROP 200 off the price. Every one is struggling corporate can write off things and make huge profits . Why not charge less and help people sa... read more
