I live here. I don't know what the hell that other guy is talking about... I rent a 1 bedroom here and I pay $800/month and put down a $500 deposit. The 2 bedrooms are only $900. It's a good place for the money.. I definately wouldn't say "luxurious", but clean and spacious for the money.
Expensive It's an inconvenient place to put apartments. I was considering renting out one for college, but was disappointed at how unsafe it is to enter in from traffic. The pros about this place is that it's next to Walgreens, McDonalds, Starbucks, and many other stores. There's a bus stop near by. The apartments are very gorgeous. They are three stories tall, and are very luxurious. The downfall is that it's expensive for a month's rent. It's about $2,100 a month.
