My wife and went as new patients for our annual eye examination. Lindsay Wittman O.D. did a excellent job. At checkout we had to pay $80.00 for copies of our prescriptions ($40.00 each). We have never had this happen before. Follow up: It has come to my attention per The Federal Trade Commission that it is against FTC Regulations for ophthalmologists or optometrists to charge patients for copies of their eyeglass prescriptions (Part 456.2 a1) also known as "The Eyeglass Rule", regardless of the type of examination.
Service was done professionally from check in through the completion of my visit.
Dr Andrew N. Siedlecki is a very passionate doctor about his work. He gave me detailed explanations about my questions and I was never rushed. Multiple options to correcting my vision were addressed and he was very transparent and understanding.
Best comprehensive eye care anywhere! Appointments are on time, and the entire staff is professional, caring and empathetic. Defines the doctor/patient relationship at the highest level as well as the quality of care. Dr. Robert T Wylie
