Terrible place to conduct financial and Tax returns. This place never returns their calls, fails to show up at schedule meetings, When you do call , Your accountant is always busy and unable to be reached. I met with one of the accountants in April 2024 and I had two years of tax returns to do. The accountant completed one tax return electronically, but waited six months to tell me that my other tax return need to be mailed into the IRS. Our experience with Seibert, Baxter, Cooney & Company PC, specifically with Barry Cooney, was disappointing and led to significant financial consequences for our business. We provided all required documents for our 2022 Company Tax Return on October 9, 2023, just before the October 15 deadline. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never have we ever dealt with a tax company like this before. Anytime we would call to ask a question or try and talk to someone either no one answered or they would "Leave a message with the CPA" and they would never return your call. We have always been very good about turning in our tax documents at the end of January or beginning of February and have always gotten them back by April at the latest.
