If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never have we ever dealt with a tax company like this before. Anytime we would call to ask a question or try and talk to someone either no one answered or they would "Leave a message with the CPA" and they would never return your call. We have always been very good about turning in our tax documents at the end of January or beginning of February and have always gotten them back by April at the latest.
