We had a mishap with our camper. Could not drive it until repaired. Called and was told he was a single person operation but he would get to me asap. Which he did. We had to order a part in which he gave me all the details. Ordered it delivered to his place of business and he was out the next day. I would recommend highly recommend him. This was about 3 years ago so I am a little slow in getting this out.
I called to have my camper repaired, mike told me in a few days he would come out to my house, unless I wanted to pay for an emergency call( which was an extra 100.00, instead of a service call being 50.00, an emergency call total would be 150.00. I told him I would call him back, I did, I could not pay the extra, so he never came out, I called him, text him, he never came out, even though he told me he would come out and repair my camper, that has yet to be repaired!, I would like to add after I gave my review, mike respond... read more
