So I rented this Storage unit today off the website. The rep I spoke with definitely not from the US Told me it was a secure location and an access code would be provided to get into the facility and that I would just need to put my own lock on the unit once I got there. So, I loaded everything up and got here. The gate was wide open it’s 9 at night by the way, no lock, there was no access key pad like the rep told me. My parents have moved into the area and we found these great storage units. The reason I am reviewing is because we found the customer service to be phenomenal and I wanted to share. Definitely recommend storing here if you have the need. We love the area snd seems to be very safe and secure as well.
