I have used Sid’s pharmacy for decades. I have never had a negative experience. I love the drive-through window and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thank you, Sid’s.

Review Update: A couple days later. I want to provide an update after my initial review. The general manager reached out to me again and followed up on my concerns in a timely manner, which I appreciated. The prescription pricing error was corrected the very next day. I did have to return to pick it up, and this time I went through the drive-thru, where I was helped by a kind and professional employee. That interaction was much better. As a minority, I want to be clear that most places of business in Pullman have treated me well, and I’ve generally felt comfortable in the community. Unfortunately, Sid’s Pharmacy has consistently been an exception for me, and after today, this will be my last visit. Over multiple visits, I’ve experienced recurring issues with incorrect pricing for one of my medications. Each time, it has eventually been corrected.
