Sid's is basically a small food trailer. It is very clean and organized. Sid is a very nice guy who does a phenomenal job of smoking meats. We had the brisket cheese steak with sides of potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and the brisket was melt in your mouth tender. I would definitely recommend giving Sid's a try if you've never experienced his smoked goods. You won't be disappointed!
You might get a really great experience from the food, but the service has gone from sketchy to bad over the years. Owner has zero respect for people if they ask a question he doesn't want to answer, and doesn't work well with others. Fails to meet delivery timeline by a wide margin then doesn't want to talk to drivers when they inquire. As a customer just be open-minded to experimental food, and if there are any other customers, be prepared to WAIT.
I did not like a single thing I got. Beans were really weird.. more like vegetable soup. Egg salad is best described as tangy. The brisket sandwich (meat) had almost no flavor at all. Bun was done nicely. The meatballs that came with the Mac & cheese fell apart like they were meatloaf that sat in water for 10 days.
