The African beef was delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly. The coleslaw was shaved and spiced to perfection. Sid was charming and more importantly he obviously cares deeply about making good food.

Sid's is basically a small food trailer. It is very clean and organized. Sid is a very nice guy who does a phenomenal job of smoking meats. We had the brisket cheese steak with sides of potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and the brisket was melt in your mouth tender. I would definitely recommend giving Sid's a try if you've never experienced his smoked goods. You won't be disappointed!
