Went in recently after having not been in a long time, as I used to come when I was a kid. Great customer service, great quality products. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

This place has a set clientele, not for a young, novice hat buyer like myself. I went in to get my hat size and maybe see what looked nice on my head. The older guy on the cane kept me near the door, only let me try on casual buck hats. Even after sharing that I wanted a cowboy hat, like my deceased grandfather, I was still only shown casual, hip hop style, 80's, Kango buck hats. Needed a hat for the Kentucky Derby and this place has everything you’d ever need. Robert was an excellent help in trying out many different straw styles and we ultimately landed on a truly spectacular hat. I will definitely be back!
