Very rude staff, no customer service, a “staff”member smelling of alcohol was extremely rude and unhelpful. Another small business that will lose out to Amazon, eventually.
Exceptional service Have been in a few times over the years to get odd bits and always found the service to be really good and helpful. However, I went in the other day to try and get a replacement for a tap handle and they ended up fixing the existing handle saving me the expense of getting a new one/potentially having to buy a new tap!
Came in for advice on a fitting a replacement part for my shower mixer bar. The staff that served me at Sids were so helpful. I especially appreciated that they although I wasn't coming to buy anything, just needed advice, and that I'm a woman with no plumbing experience, they treated me with respect and dignity.
