Brilliant service both in the store and above and beyond after care! Great experience with all the staff in the store. Tony who served me, took the time to talk me through how to fix the leak simply myself, and when there was a further unforeseen issue when I was doing so , he was able to quickly recognise where the problem was over the phone, & show me how to easily resolve it. Really appreciate their help, honesty and service- Highly recommend!

I had a dripping kitchen tap so I went to Sid's Plumbing this morning for a replacement cartridge. I was served by a very helpful young lady with beautiful manners who ensured I got the right size. It was very reasonable at £7.50, and the young male member of staff held the door open for me as I left! Great service!
