Dr. Mahmoud provided exceptional care! Taking the time to thoroughly assess my situation and she proactively ordered necessary tests. By doing so it showed her dedication to ensuring I received timely and effective treatment. It's always reassuring to have a doctor who goes the extra mile for their patients. I love Doctor Who takes their time with you and doesn't treat you like you're on an assembly line.
Doctor Mahmud has been irreplaceable to me and my family through this process... over 20 years of seizures and she is the first Doctor out of over 10, to get me genetic testing and find 2 genetic mutations. A SEEG, now a Neuropace surgery later, and she has been essential to it all. I don't know what I would have done without her!
Dr Mahmud is an elegant, knowledgeable and compassionate person. I was so nervous transitioning my son from his pediatric neurologist but as soon as we met Dr Sidrah Mahmud we knew that we had the best care. I highly recommend Dr Mahmud.
We are writing this to praise Dr. Sidrah Mahmud. Dr. Mahmud has recently taken on our daughter as a patient and we could not be happier or more appreciative. Our daughter Ashley has had seizures since she was 5 months old with her first Grand Mal seizure at 10 months. She has global developmental delays as well as physical impairments. Horrible doctor. She ignored my symptoms of having seizures because of my sodium being low and told me to just follow up with my primary doctor and would only give me a note for a few days for work. I could have died. By the time I went to the ER my sodium was 24 and at a critical level. That was after a week of ignoring my pleas for help. If you have epilepsy find another doctor.
