I had a very disappointing experience here. As soon as I walked in, the bald-headed woman and her coworker immediately started laughing at me for no apparent reason — it was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked if they did cornrows, and they flat-out denied me service. Mind you, this is supposed to be a braiding salon — how do you not do braids? I had the worst experience in this place. I came in to get my bundles and closure installed. I had made an appointment beforehand because I had somewhere to be around 3pm that day. The lady (Sidonie) who I believe is the lead braider started braiding my hair, a few minutes later another lady(forgot her name) takes over and continues the cornrows for the sew in. First time getting my nieces hair braided. We had Great experience, everyone that works here is friendly. The salon is very clean. Kid-friendly as well! Easy to make an appointment. Her braids came out so nice. The parts are so crisp and perfect. I would recommend this salon 🙂
