PLEASE dont tell me my car will be ready the night before and it's NOT ready over 12 hours later when I come in. Also...the pricing for a top radiator hose leak was over $500 for the initial pricing. HOWEVER when I spoke on the phone about comparative pricing they were able to lower the price for me. If you can lower the price when I complain it should have NEVER been THAT price to BEGIN with! 2 stars because ALL the employees were ALWAYS very nice and understanding.
Took my truck here to get 2 upper control arms put on. They told me be done in 2 to 3 hours. 8 hours later still did not have either one put on yet and told me he couldn't get the old arm off. Cost me alot of my time for nothing.
My buddies and I were traveling from Cincinnati to Northern Michigan when our car broke down. We called 5 minutes before they closed and they stayed late to diagnose the problem. Nothing but good things to say about all the guys working there.
