Been a pretty regular customer and have noticed a HUGE change since Wes and Sarah were let go. Those 2 seemed to have a great relationship with the students. Items were stocked and students seemed eager. Now it's a different feeling. And I'm disappointed in the selection of nail polishes. I wouldn't get my hair colored there as there isn't enough colors or selections.
Need more instructors and need to have more products on hand. I went to get my nails done and they had very few colors of shellac. There was 1 bottle of top coat and only one light. I waited for over 45 minutes to have this done. The girl that did my nails did fabulous with what she had to work with. Also overheard some talk with students that there wasn't much color available and saw a girl paying for color she used. I thought the school supplied that stuff.
