Placed an order 1 month ago, called on 8/27 told my order was done. Went down day after to pick it up told oh it’s not done. They lost the picture and they were tying to goggle the picture. Called today they are just now working on it. Tried to get a straight answer why it took this long. Who ever answer the phone couldn’t give me answer.
I ordered uniforms for my girls in June 2015. The clerk placed my order incorrectly, so when I went to pay off my lay-away and pick the clothes up all of what I ordered was not in. I was offered a discount for the mistake and was told l would receive a call when the clothes were in. They never called. I called them 3 times after that and each time l was told they would call me when my order was in. They still haven't called me back...
I love this store GREAT customer service and they had items that are a hard to find...like saddle white shoes and pretty ruffle socks for girls. It was a great experience.
