Great responsive service to a difficult situation where the gas HWU stopped working - no hot water, and guests were checked in. Found out at 11am and fixed/replaced by 2pm. Thank you so much Brad and team!
Absolutely amazing service! I needed a part and although they did not have it, they called everyone in the area to find one for us. I highly recommend Sidney & Richardson Plumbing to anyone in the Ballina area. If I could give more stars I would!!! Rare to find such honest and genuine customer service and this company is number one!!!
If I could give no stars I would. I explained to the person apparantly Glen Richardson a month ago re my roof leak. I explained my handyman had spoken to Glen. He asked whether I had met him in the pub...really. Assumed someone would ring me back..Rang again today and was told I might wait months for someone, ladies answering phone were quite rude. First it is impossible to have direct contact with a plumber, Everything goes through office phone in Sydney. It took about 3 weeks to have a plumber come to my house. The repair for my outside tap leaked after just two days after the Job was done. It took another 2 weeks to get someone to come back to have a look. Laundry tap was also changed for leak problem during the initial job.. It worked a couple of times but then became impossible to close taps and water flowing like crazy with closed taps!!
