After calling every local gas fitter with an URGENT request for a service and possible new water heater on the morning of a wedding at our commercial Wedding venue...we contacted our LOCAL S&H who not only said they could organise an immediate service but BRAD our new LOCAL HERO talked us thru possible scenarios that could have affected the non supply of hot water. Great responsive service to a difficult situation where the gas HWU stopped working - no hot water, and guests were checked in. Found out at 11am and fixed/replaced by 2pm. Thank you so much Brad and team!
Absolutely amazing service! I needed a part and although they did not have it, they called everyone in the area to find one for us. I highly recommend Sidney & Richardson Plumbing to anyone in the Ballina area. If I could give more stars I would!!!
