Went in with a fever stuffy nose and bad cough, was given a step test, which came out negative and was told it was just a cold and to go back to school. 2 days later we find out it was influenza. Don’t waste your time here, they obviously don’t care about the wellbeing of patients.
Be a VERY strong self advocate, tendancy to strongly verbally dismiss symptoms stating no issue when there is an issue. This can lead to more driving, more time in pain with no relief at office visit. If you live outside of town, this is not a positive aspect. Telehealth is an alternative suggestion of this clinic for consideration in this day and age.
What an awesome experience! With my primary providers in Boulder and Longmont, I had an urgent care need and drove up to visit the clinic. Great welcome at the registration desk - very easy process - barely sat down and was called back. Quick vitals and review by the MA and visited with Rebecca, FNP. Great focus, strong knowledge/skill, caring. I couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommend you visit if needed!
Had a bad cough and cold. My o2 was one point low so they said they couldn't do anything to risk their job. Thanks a bunch glad i could pay for NOTHING
Second terrible experience with a nurse in the walk in, the first time I was wanting a Covid test done for my daughter cause of the symptoms and high fevers she was having. The nurse wanting to argue and say that there is no reason to test for something that can’t be treated, I stood ground and still told her I’d like for her to be tested regardless.
