I went in this last Saturday with chest pain and a cough. They told me it was heartburn and sent me home with a prescription for heartburn. I went to my PCP on Tuesday and was diagnosed with bronchitis turning into pneumonia. Would not recommend coming in, just try to get an appointment with your PCP
So this place is great when you get Dr. Haley and nurse Laurie is honestly the main reasons we chose to go here living in chappell and they're open later and its not as far as the drive to Scottsbluff. However, for as many years as I have been going here, I mean since they were downtown, these last 6 months, everytime we get Dr. Brenna ogley, our experience is awful! She dismisses and downplays my kids sickness or symptoms. It was a fri and I was waiting for our PCP to call us back and they didnt so I hopped over to Sidney. ... read more
Went in with a fever stuffy nose and bad cough, was given a step test, which came out negative and was told it was just a cold and to go back to school. 2 days later we find out it was influenza. Don’t waste your time here, they obviously don’t care about the wellbeing of patients.
