Receptionists won't answer the phone half the time and the call will go to voicemail. Leave a voicemail and no one gets back to me. What's the point of having a voicemail as an option if you won't return the call? Also have gotten told several times that if there is a cancelation they will call. They never do. I've made appointments before that couldn't get in for 3 weeks and you're telling me no one canceled within those 3 weeks? If you're open there's no excuse for no one to be answering the phone.
